Are DHT-Blocking Shampoos Effective?

Hello, are DHT-blocking shampoos a worthwhile investment, or just a marketing gimmick? Have anyone here used it before and got a result?

I haven’t tried DHT-blocking shampoos myself, but from what I’ve read, they’re mostly a marketing gimmick. They might help a little with scalp health, but since DHT works internally, shampoos alone probably won’t make a big difference. Most people seem to recommend meds like finasteride for real results.
