Best way to minimize shock loss

Hey guys,

I had my hair transplant about a month ago, and I feel like I'm losing a ton of hair in both the transplanted and native areas. I knew about shock loss before the procedure, but seeing it actually happen is making me anxious. It's like I've lost more hair than I had before the surgery, and now I'm wondering how long does this usually last?

Totally normal, man. I went through the same thing after my HT, and I swear for a while I thought it was all going downhill. Around the 3rd or 4th month, the hairs started coming back, and by month 6, things looked much better. Just gotta be patient.

Appreciate that, Sporky. 3-4 months feels like forever when you’re staring at the mirror every day, but I’ll try to hang in there. Did you do anything special, like using Minoxidil or taking supplements, to speed it up?
