Can Hair Transplants Fix Uneven Temples?

I’ve noticed that my right temple is receding way faster than my left, and now my hairline looks uneven. If I get a hair transplant, can they fix just one side, or will they have to lower the whole hairline?

Yeah, they can even out one side, but it depends on how bad the difference is. Some surgeons suggest symmetry over time rather than forcing a perfect balance.

Not if the surgeon is skilled. The goal is a natural balance, not a perfectly straight line , your natural hairline is already asymmetrical anyway.

I had a similar issue, and my surgeon just filled in one side. Now, it looks normal, and no one can tell. Just make sure they blend it properly with your existing hair.
