Finasteride and low libido

For someone with already low libido, would it be advisable to start finasteride, or should alternative options be considered?

Has anyone here started finasteride while experiencing low libido? If so, what was your experience like?

I started finasteride while dealing with low libido, and luckily, I didn’t experience any worsening of symptoms. But I know it can be a concern for some people. It can cause libido issues in a small percentage of users. If you’re worried about it, maybe talk to a doctor first to explore alternatives like minoxidil or PRP. Everyone reacts differently, I used all three of them.
