Hair Loss and Diet

I’ve noticed a difference since adding more protein, like eggs and lean meats, to my diet. I also focus on foods rich in vitamins A, C, and E—things like spinach, sweet potatoes, and nuts. Biotin and omega-3s are key too, so I make sure to include fish like salmon and walnuts. It’s all about maintaining a balanced diet!
 
I’ve found that incorporating more iron-rich foods like spinach, lentils, and red meat has helped with my hair health. I also include foods high in zinc, like pumpkin seeds and chickpeas, to support hair growth. Vitamin D from sunlight or foods like fatty fish also plays a role in hair health. I make sure to drink plenty of water and keep my diet balanced to nourish my hair from within!
