What pre-op steps are essential for the best outcome? Anything you wish you’d done differently? I'm planning to get Strip surgery done.

Hi friend! Pre-op, make sure to stop smoking and drinking at least a week before, as it affects healing. Avoid blood-thinning meds like aspirin. Follow your clinic’s instructions strictly. I wish I’d taken better “before” photos to track progress. For Strip surgery, keep your scalp healthy and discuss scar care in advance.
