HT on Norwood 6&7

Ive been losing my hair for years, and I think Im somewhere around a Norwood 6 or maybe even 7 at this point. I keep seeing amazing hair transplant results, but most of them seem to be for guys who still had some existing hair to work with. Is it even possible for someone at my stage to get a decent result?

I was a Norwood 6 before my transplant, and I gotta be honest—it takes a lot of grafts, and even then, you have to manage expectations. If you have strong donor hair, you can definitely get a decent hairline and mid-scalp coverage, but full density everywhere is unrealistic.

Thanks. Yeah, I figured full coverage isn’t an option, but if I can at least get a strong hairline and some density at the front, that would be a huge improvement.

Did you go for FUT or FUE?
