I'm scared that I will lose more hairs

Hi everyone!

I’ve been losing hair on one side of my hairline near the crown, and now I’ve started noticing more hair loss on the other side, near the sideburn. I’m not sure what might be causing this. Could the effects of hair dye show up months after use? I haven’t dyed my hair recently, so I’m trying to figure out what else could be contributing to this. I’m a female.
