Is Oral Minoxidil for Hair Loss Treatment?

Has anyone tried oral Minoxidil? How does it compare to the topical version in terms of effectiveness and side effects?

I’ve tried both oral and topical Minoxidil. Oral Minoxidil worked better for me in terms of overall hair density, especially for areas like the crown. However, I did experience some mild side effects, like fluid retention and increased body hair, which I didn’t get with the topical version. Topical Minoxidil caused scalp irritation occasionally, but it was more localized in effect.
