Itchy scalp

Lately, my scalp has been super itchy, and I feel like my hair is shedding more than usual. I don’t know if it’s buildup, dryness, or something else, but I really need a good shampoo that can help with both itchiness and hair loss.

Nizoral is great, but yeah, don’t overuse it. I use it twice a week max, and on the other days, I rotate with a gentle sulfate-free shampoo like Revita. Helps keep the scalp from getting irritated.

I use Alpecin Caffeine Shampoo. it’s not a miracle cure, but it definitely wakes up the scalp and makes my hair feel thicker and also milder shampoo to avoid over-drying.
