My scalp is SO itchy, is it bc of hairloss??

Hi guys, been losing hair lately and my scalp is CRAZY itchy. is the itchiness bc of DHT buildup or just part of hairloss??

If the itch is really bad, it could be seborrheic dermatitis or scalp inflammation, which can worsen hair loss if not treated. Might be good to see a dermatologist.

Could be inflammation from DHT or just dry scalp. Are you using Minoxidil or anything new?

Not always, but chronic itching can weaken follicles over time. Try using Nizoral or a zinc shampoo to help.

Also, don’t scratch too much, if you have weaker follicles, it can make hair fall out faster.
