Scalp massages for hairloss??

Hey guys, been seeing alot of ppl talk about scalp massages helping hairloss by improving blood flow and stimulating follicles. sounds kinda too easy?

anyone here actually got results from doing this or is it just another myth??

I did microneedling + scalp massages, and I think it helped a little, but def not enough on its own.
