Can SMP be removed?

Hey guys,

I got SMP a while back, but I’m thinking about removing it because I might get a hair transplant instead. Has anyone here successfully removed scalp micropigmentation?

Does laser removal work? Or is there some kind of fading technique that’s safer? I don’t want any weird discoloration left behind.

Yeah, laser removal works, but it’s not as easy as tattoo removal because SMP is done with different pigments. You’ll probably need multiple sessions.

Some clinics also offer saline removal, which is less harsh than lasers. It takes longer, but it’s safer if you’re worried about scarring.
