I see a lot of before-and-after photos, but I’m wondering... how much density can a hair transplant actually restore? Can it really bring back a full head of hair, or is there always gonna be a see-through look in bright light?
Depends on your donor area and how many grafts you get. Even the best transplants usually don’t reach natural teenage density, but they can make you look a lot fuller.
AyKant, a well-done transplant should give you enough density to style your hair naturally. But if you expect thickness like you never lost hair, that’s not realistic. A good surgeon will focus on proper distribution so it looks as full as possible.
