Is It True That Temples Can't Be Fixed?

Hello everyone,

Been hearing people say that transplanting temple points doesn’t look natural or that they just don’t grow well. Is this really true? I’m NW2 but my temple points basically vanished in the last 2 years. Still got some hair on top so I’m not going for a big HT, but I really hate how “open” my face looks now.

Has anyone had successful temple point restoration? Does it blend in or always look weird?

Any response will be appreciated.

It's tricky but not impossible. Some surgeons can recreate temple points really well, but it depends on graft angle and hair caliber.

The biggest issue is making them look soft enough. You can’t just use multi-hair grafts or the angles will look off.

I had mine done. One side looks decent, the other still looks a bit “sharp” in harsh light. But it’s better than before.
