Hi everyone, this is my first post. I would like to share my experience with my recent FUE Hair Transplant in Turkey.
I’m almost 32 years old, and I’ve been experiencing gradual hair loss since I was about 20. Although the process has been slow, I’ve been following a natural routine in hopes of slowing it down even further.
My hair restoration surgery took place over two days, on May 12th and 13th 2024. I opted for hairline work to restore my thinning, wispy hairline.
The day before the surgery, I had a blood test and met with doctor for my final consultation. During the meeting, we discussed the hairline design and donor density. I instantly felt reassured, knowing I was in very capable hands.
The day of the surgery began with a final design consultation before moving on to shaving my head. After that, the donor area was numbed. While I don’t remember the exact number of grafts taken on day one, the process was painless and surprisingly quick. I actually slept through most of it.
After a lunch break, the recipient sites were created. During this time, the technicians carefully examined the grafts under a microscope.
The graft placement then began. The techs were meticulous, working with precision and either engaging in conversation or letting me rest as they carried out the procedure. It took a few hours, but it was all very well-paced.
Day two of the procedure followed a similar routine, and before I knew it, my surgery was complete.
The next day, I returned for a brief check-up before heading home.
Now, almost a year later, I’m very happy with how everything has turned out. The results have been great, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the decision to go ahead with the surgery.
